IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS:

  • Spring 2012 registration will begin November 7th and close December 28th.
    You may register online for regular classes, internship registration has to be done in person on Mondays through Thursdays 9am-5pm in Manhattan and on Thursdays by appointment in Bayshore (call Mr Shapiro at 212-463-0400 ext. 5279).
  • Ol stands for online. The program is now approved for complete online study.
  • A deposit of 35% on quickpay has to be made at time of registration, unless you have current financial aid.
  • For academic advisement call at 212-463-0400 ext.5796 Pascale Elghanayan or 212-463-0400 ext. 5279 Joel Shapiro, for technical problems call Jenise Hernandez at 212-463-0400 ext.5291.

ATTENTION LONG ISLAND STUDENTS:

Professor Shapiro will be at the Long Island, Bayshore Campus every Thursday from 12:00-5:00 PM. Please call to schedule an appointment for Internship registration at 212-463-0400, ext-5279 or email him at jshapiro@Touro.edu.

Note: Students will be responsible for paying a deposit for courses with a check or credit card.  Registration will not be officially entered unless balances from the previous semester are paid in full.
Deposits for courses are 35% minimum PLUS an additional $100.00 registration fee.

Please note that students who attend a class for which they are not officially registered will not receive credit for that class. In addition they will not receive a refund. Furthermore, students who unofficially transfer from one section of a course to another or from one course to another similarly will not receive credit for the course for which they are not registered and will not receive a refund.

All students (including students with financial aid) must leave a deposit when registering for classes. Classes will not be reserved or held for student without a deposit. No exceptions will be permitted.

ABSENCES

Evening courses: One absence is permitted with a make-up assignment at the discretion of the professor. If a student is absent a second time, the student will be required to drop the course. 

Weekend courses: Attendance is required at all sessions. If a student is absent once, the student will be required to drop the course.

Summer courses (day sessions): If a student is absent once, the student will be required to drop the course.

All Students
  • All classes are 3 credits each.
  • Classes dropped after the 1st Session will result in a 75% Tuition Refund.
  • Classes dropped after the 2nd Session will result in a 50% Tuition Refund.
  • Classes dropped after the 3rd Session will result in a Withdrawal with No Refund.
  • Sunday Classes (5 or 6 sessions) dropped after the first session will result in a Withdrawal with No Refund.
