Online In-Services Courses are only for students under the following categories:

a) Non-Matriculated
b) Check with your home state for certification requirements and equivalence of the course
c) Masters Degrees and/or Advanced Certificates offered by Touro College, School of Education and Psychology cannot be completed online.
d) Print Credit Card Authorization Form, include full amount due/including registration fee, make sure to include your signature, and fax the form to 212-627-7960.

Fees: $350.00 per credit and $100.00 registration fee per semester
