Online Registration is open only to NYSUT/UTICA students who have taken 18 credits.
Metro area students who are MATRICULATED must register IN PERSON for online courses and should do so very early as there are only 10 spots for them. They may register for ANY online course but again, they must do so IN PERSON.
Online registration is only for NYSUT/Utica who have completed the first required 18 credits through NYSUT(Courses EDU609,605, EDSE665, SPED667, EDPS620, EDSE650) and are matriculated with Touro to take the remaining courses from the Literacy program with Touro. NYSUT/Utica also need to call me to complete their registration after they have submitted their online Application. Everyone else has to come to register in-person.
NON-MATRICULATED students who are just taking a course after reaching 18th credit must matriculate or they won't be allowed to register for any more course in the Literacy Program.

Registration Instructions
• Complete the Registration form.
Please insure that you enter your E-mail and Mailing addresses correctly, so that you can receive communications from the College.
• Your form will be directed to the Teaching Literacy Program Coordinator. If your application is accepted and course registration(s) approved you will receive an E-mail from the Teaching Literacy Program Coordinator. This will contain instructions for starting the course.
• The registration process is normally completed within 10 business days.
• The Bursar will then forward your tuition bill to your mailing address
