Application Instructions

• Complete the combined Application & Registration form.
Please insure that you enter your E-mail and Mailing addresses correctly, so that you can receive communications from the College.

• Your form will be directed to the Deputy Chair for Online Courses. If your application is accepted and course registration(s) approved you will receive an E-mail from the Deputy Chair. This will contain instructions for starting the course.

• The registration process is normally completed within 10 business days.

• You will then receive an email with your Touro ID number. You need this number to access your online classes on Blackboard (the virtual learning environment).

• The Bursar will then forward your tuition bill to your mailing address.
