Students who expect to graduate should discuss their status with their advisor within one semester prior to the anticipated graduation date, complete an Application for Graduation, and pay the Graduation fee.
Students must maintain a 3.000 Grade Point Average (GPA) to be eligible for graduation from any of the programs of the Graduate Division. Graduation is certified by the Office of Registrar only after a student has completed all requirements for graduation.
Students who complete their degree requirements in September, January, or June may participate in that school year’s June commencement exercises. Participation in these ceremonies does not necessarily mean that the student has graduated.
