The Institute for the Study of Kosher Wine at Touro, Italy The Institute for the Study of Kosher Wine at Touro Italy is pleased to offer students a rare opportunity to reap the rewards of a career in viticulture and enology by studying the fine art of Kosher Winemaking in the exotic, romantic and historic setting of Rome beginning in September 2007.
Join us at the wine harvest in the lush vineyards of Italy. Our students tour and participate in the harvest at the vineyards and visit the ruins of Rome as well as sharing their experiences with other international students who share their common interests. The Institute is sure to be an educational and fun-filled experience for all!
