New York, N.Y. - Touro College Los Angeles (TCLA) and keynote speaker Daryl Temkin (Director of Israel Institute-Green Technology) honored students at an awards dinner and graduation reception last month commending the College’s second annual graduating class.

Awards for academic achievement in business and psychology, midot and spirit of Touro were presented. The College, which has experienced significant growth since it opened in fall 2005, has become a premier choice for students in search of a secular degree in a Torah-observant environment. TCLA meets the educational and social needs of the Los Angeles Jewish community through specialized programs and course offerings, including degree programs in psychology and business, and courses in pre-speech therapy, teacher enrichment, Judaic studies and general education.
