Dr. Bernard Lander, the Founder and President of Touro College, has announced that Lander College for Women will be moving into a new, modern and world-class facility. Located at 60thStreet between West End and Amsterdam Avenues in Manhattan, the new building is currently being constructed. It is anticipated that the move from the school’s current location at 30th Street and Lexington Avenue will be completed in time for the fall 2006 semester. The new facility will provide an ideal setting for the outstanding educational experience provided to students at Lander College for Women.

Approximately 50 residents attended the show wearing outfits and accessories donated by local boutiques and stores for men and women.

Kew Garden Hills, New York — Shloshim memorial services of revered founder and President of Touro College, Rabbi Dr. Bernard Lander, who passed away on February 8, 2010 at the age of 94, were observed at Lander College for Men and several other Touro campuses beginning the evening of March 8th continuing through March 15th, 2010.

New York, N.Y. – Alexander Mendelsohn, a junior at the Rae Kushner Yeshiva High School in Livingston, N.J., won first prize at the third annual Jacob Goldfinger Memorial Mathematics Contest at Touro’s Lander College for Men (LCM). The contest was created to broaden and enrich Yeshiva high school students\' knowledge of mathematics and enhance their mathematical creativity.
