The 39th Annual Commencement Ceremonies for New York School of Career and Applied Studies\' (NYSCAS) Midtown Campus was held on June 12, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. in Avery Fischer Hall at Lincoln Center.   The keynote speaker for the event was Dr. Jeffrey Gardere, a well-known media personality and clinical psychologist who is also Assistant Professor of Behavioral Medicine at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harlem (TouroCOM).  Two hundred eighty-three baccalaureate candidates, 162 associate candidates, and 54 candidates for certificates in Digital Media Arts graduated from the NYSCAS division of Touro College in the ceremony.

June 27, 2013 – In a festive and intimate celebration, 14 students from Touro College’s Lander College of Arts & Sciences (LAS), Lander College for Women (LCW), Lander College for Men (LCM), and New York School of Career and Applied Studies (NYSCAS) were inducted into the college’s chapter of Phi Alpha Theta, an honor society for those studying history.

New York, N.Y. – Spirits soared as graduates gathered at Avery Fisher Hall in Lincoln Center for the 40th commencement exercises of Touro College’s New York School of Career and Applied Studies (NYSCAS). Between the Manhattan and Brooklyn campuses, NYSCAS awarded 695 bachelor’s degrees and 451 associate’s degrees.
