New York, N.Y. – Touro College and University System President and CEO Dr. Alan Kadish today announced the appointment of Kenneth J. Steier, DO, MBA, MPH, MHA, MGH as Campus Dean for the new Middletown campus of Harlem-based Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine (TouroCOM). The Middletown campus, currently under construction, is scheduled to open in August 2014 and is expected to enroll more than 500 students when fully operational.

Steier, Dean of the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine (TouroCOM) Middletown campus, has been appointed to the New York State Board for Professional Medical Conduct (PMC). The appointment was made by Governor Cuomo upon recommendation by the board and by state health commissioner, Dr. Howard Zucker.
