New York, N.Y. - Dr. Alan Kadish, president and CEO of Touro College, today announced the addition of the new Integrated Health Science Honors Program, which is being offered in partnership with the School of Health Sciences, Lander College for Women-The Anna Ruth and Mark Hasten School, and Lander College for Men. The Integrated Health Science Honors Program will be offered for the first time beginning in the fall of 2011.

April 21, 2006: On Tuesday, April 4, 2006, Touro College’s New York School of Career and Applied Studies (NYSCAS) hosted a faculty development day. The theme of the program was “Creativity, Charisma, and Content,” and faculty from all divisions of Touro College were invited to participate. Morning sessions were held at the Lander College for Arts & Sciences’ Flatbush campus location at 1602 Avenue J, and the evening sessions were held at the NYSCAS location at 532 Neptune Avenue.

New York, N.Y. - Touro College’s Graduate School of Social Work, in collaboration with the Museum of Jewish Heritage, presented a program for graduate students and faculty entitled, “Meeting Hate with Humanity: Life During the Holocaust” last week at the Museum’s A Living Memorial to the Holocaust, 36 Battery Place, Manhattan. More than 100 students and faculty participated in the program.
