Dr. Tito Guerrero, Vice President of the MSCHE, conducted a one day visit to Touro yesterday and was extremely impressed with the plan presented to him for Touro’s internal review. Dr. Guerrero, the former president of three institutions in Texas, Colorado, and Massachusetts, met with President Alan Kadish, the Board of Trustees, the Steering Committee, faculty, and students in a jam-packed day, marking the end of phase one of the Touro reaccreditation process.
