SHS: Oriental Medicine
Graduate Program Receives AccreditationThe Graduate Program in Oriental Medicine was awarded accreditation in September 2006 by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM). ACAOM is the recognized accrediting agency for the approval of programs preparing acupuncture and Oriental medicine practitioners. The program was commended by the site team for its program of study, faculty and administration. The Program in Oriental Medicine operates an acupuncture center at Touro’s main mid-town Manhattan campus on West 23rd Street.
