Ron Ansel earned an MBA from American University and a B.A. in accounting from Franklin Marshall College.  He is a certified career and life coach and workshop facilitator.  He has been a director of Career Services at Touro College for more than 12 years.  Prior to that he worked for JP Morgan Chase from 1976 to 2002.  From 1983 to 1997 he was a vice president in the technology division where he focused on the organizational/human aspects of technology and the management of large scale organizational change.  From 1997 to 2002 he served as a vice president in Human Resources where he specialized in executive coaching, team development, large-scale organizational change, personal awareness workshops, mentoring programs and co-facilitator of the Technology Division’s Diversity Council.
