Rivka Molinsky is the chair and director of the Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Program at the Touro College School of Health Sciences and the coordinator of student affairs for Touro’s graduate division. She received her post-professional Master of Arts in occupational therapy from New York University and is a Ph.D. candidate in the Health Sciences Program at Trident University. She has practiced occupational therapy in adult rehabilitation in outpatient and acute and rehab inpatient settings, and served as occupational therapy supervisor at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway from 1996 to 2000, where she continues to provide clinical coverage. Her research focuses on the cultural impact of behavior risk factors, OTA education and program evaluation.
