This interactive, two-session workshop is for students whose first language is not English.

The first session will focus on common grammatical errors including:

• missing articles
• repeated subjects
• wrong verb tenses
• incorrect order of adjectives.

In the second session, topics include:

• sentence fragments
• run-on sentences
• subject-verb agreement
• noun-pronoun agreement.

Both sessions will be offered by staff from The Writing Center.
