LAS Flatbush Offers Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) by IRS-Certified Touro Accounting Students.
This program assists families earning up to $58,000 with Federal and NY State income tax preparation and electronic filing.
Your return cannot be completed without:
- Photo ID
- Social Security cards for self, spouse and all dependents
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO BRING:
- All tax forms (W-2, 1099, 1098, etc.)
- 2016 income tax return (prior year’s return)
- Form 1095-A for those insured through the Marketplace
- Bank account information (voided check)
- All receipts for tax-deductible personal expenses
- Day care information
English, French, Yiddish and Hebrew speaking tax preparers available. Certain form limitations apply.
