This program assists families earning up to $54,000 with Federal and NY State income tax preparation and electronic filing.

 

Your Return cannot be completed without:

• Photo ID

• Social Security cards for self, spouse and all dependents

 

Please make sure to bring:

• All tax forms (W-2, 1099, 1098, etc.)

• 2014 income tax return (prior year’s return)

• Form 1095-A for those insured though the Marketplace

• Bank account information (voided check)

• All receipts for tax-deductible personal expenses

• Day care information

 

Certain form limitations apply.

To file a joint tax return, both spouses must be present.

 

This program is offered as a public service by Touro’s Lander College in Flatbush.

It is staffed by IRS-certified Touro accounting students and assisted by Touro business faculty.
