This one-hour workshop will help you get your online course up and running in Canvas. During the webinar we will cover many of the basics you will need to engage your students in an online learning environment, including creating organized learning modules. Participants will view a demonstration of setting notification preferences, customizing your course menu, uploading a course syllabus, and creating learning modules and adding course content.
Objectives:
- Identify ways to set up notification preferences for course activities.
- Customizing your course menu.
- Create course learning modules.
- Uploading documents into Canvas.
- Sharing documents and resources via Zoom.
Workshop runs from 2:30-3:30. Q&A with Brittany Handler from 3:30-4:00.
