Dr. Jay Rubin is an Assistant Professor of Dentistry and the Director of Implant Dentistry at Touro College of Dental Medicine. He is a specialist in periodontics and the surgical placement of dental implants and is certified in the pinhole surgical technique and the LANAP laser treatment of periodontal disease. Prior to joining TCDM, Dr. Rubin previously held positions on the faculty of Columbia and Fairleigh Dickinson Universities, where he taught third and fourth-year students in periodontics. He has lectured for various hospitals, residency programs and dental meetings and has a private practice in Brooklyn, New York.
