Allen J. Dozor, M.D.

Allen J. Dozor is a professor of pediatrics and clinical public health, and chief of the Division of Pulmonology, Allergy and Sleep Medicine at New York Medical College. He earned a Bachelor of Science in biology at the University of Pennsylvania and his medical degree at Pennsylvania State University, completed his residency at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in New York, N.Y. and was a fellow at Children’s Hospital, Boston, Mass. Dr. Dozor divides his time between patient care, teaching and research, and he is the director of the new Children’s Health Center, which partners with the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital at Westchester Medical Center and the faculty of the School of Public Health of New York Medical College, to treat, educate and research the effects of environmental pollutants and toxicants on young children.
