Center for Health Outcomes Research & Evidence Based Medicine, LLC, (“CHO”) is operated cooperatively by Touro College and New York Medical College. CHO has offices on the New York Medical College campus located at 40 Sunshine Cottage Road, Valhalla, New York. CHO’s core competencies are training, education, research, data analysis, study reports and drafting practice guidelines.
