Chaya Hefter serves as the Course Evaluator for the Department of Online Education. Chaya earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Towson University and spent ten years working in school settings. She draws on her educational expertise, technological proficiency, and analytical mindset to promote quality and consistency across courses, identify trends in course evaluations, and refine requirements to reflect the evolving landscape of online education.
