Nicolette Tedesco is an instructional design strategist, academic innovation leader, and adjunct instructor with extensive experience in higher education and the education management industry. She excels in implementing active learning strategies to enhance student engagement in both synchronous and asynchronous learning environments.
She holds a B.A. in Early Childhood Education and Communications from St. Joseph’s University, NY, and an M.Ed. in Educational Technology from Texas A&M University. Additionally, she recently achieved an Ed.S., Educational Specialist Degree, completing 30 Doctoral Credits in Curriculum and Instruction from Columbia Southern University in September 2025.
Currently serving as Director of Instructional Design in the Department of Online Education at Touro University, Nicolette leads a university-wide team of instructional designers, driving consistency and excellence in online education across Touro’s campuses. Her role includes guiding the development of interactive content and leading faculty training programs to contribute to the long-term strategy for online education.
