Information for Poster Presenters

This is our first Research Day virtual poster session:

• Poster presenters can upload both a poster and an optional, short video discussing the poster.
• Posters/videos will be available for viewing by Research Day registrants, starting from May 5 (Noon) and running through May 6 (5:30 p.m.)
• Poster viewers can leave questions via a chat function and the lead poster presenter or any other author can respond. The lead poster presenter will receive an email alerting them when a comment/question is received.
• The live virtual poster session will be held on May 6, from 2:45 – 5:30 p.m.

There is a two-step process for poster presenters:

• You must register your poster by completing an online form prepared by the vendor hosting the virtual poster session (Genigraphics); only poster registrants can upload posters/videos.
• Within 3 days of submitting the online registration form, you will receive an email with detailed instructions and a link to the poster submission portal for the uploading of the poster and the optional video.  The email will be from info@genigraphics.com.  Only through the submission portal can you upload the poster

After you register—if your subject discipline appears in the table below—we urge you to complete your draft poster and send it for feedback to the identified volunteer reviewing faculty member before you upload the final version of your poster.
